We offer fast and reliable delivery across Kenya. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 1–2 business days in Nairobi and surrounding areas, or 3–5 business days in other regions. Shipping is free on orders over KES 8,000, while delivery fees for smaller orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, you can return eligible items within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt. Please note that personal care products, customized, and clearance items are non-returnable.
